We perform all services using industry-standard methods and equipment. However, conditions such as water chemistry, weather, or prior pool issues may affect results. Consequently, outcomes may vary. In addition, clients should understand that no company can guarantee absolute results in every situation.

You agree to:
• Provide clear and safe access to the service area.
• Maintain proper water levels, working equipment, and electrical connections unless otherwise agreed.
• Disclose any pre-existing damage, defects, or safety hazards before service begins.
Furthermore, if you fail to meet these responsibilities, service quality may decrease and risks may increase. At the same time, additional costs or delays could result.

⛔️ 4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Florida Detail does not accept liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages connected to our services, including damage to pool/spa surfaces, finishes, equipment, landscaping, structures, decking, furniture, or personal property.
• You understand that cleaning and chemical treatments can cause discoloration, fading, etching, or other cosmetic changes, especially when pre-existing conditions exist.
• By using our services, you accept all risks and release Florida Detail, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims.
Therefore, you acknowledge the limits of our responsibility. Nevertheless, Florida Detail will always follow industry best practices to minimize risks.

⛈️ 5. Weather & Unforeseen Conditions
Bad weather, safety concerns, or other conditions may require schedule changes. In such cases, we will contact you and arrange a new time as quickly as possible. Consequently, flexible terms is necessary on both sides.

You must pay at the time of service or according to your service plan. If you pay late, we may add fees or suspend service. Moreover, repeated late payments may lead us to cancel ongoing service agreements. As a result, staying current with payments ensures uninterrupted service.

All sales are final.
Florida Detail does not refund completed or partially completed services. However, if you raise a concern, we may, at our discretion, re-perform the service or issue a service credit. Nevertheless, we never provide refunds under any circumstances.
